Again, the above occurrences are in the worst-case scenarios but can occur nonetheless. You also may just experience more common side effects such as the following: Headache, dry mouth, or constipation.
Safe Solutions
As far as herbal solutions, hoodia gordonii products and green tea-based supplements are on the top of the list. Chromium is also thought to be safe as well. Others may be safe as well but there also may be not enough information about them to know for sure.
Also note that the concept of using hoodia as a dietary aid is being further researched. More facts are needed to confirm that it really does suppress appetites in humans. However, history reveals that ancient hunters used it on long trips.
The history of a use of an herb for weight loss is one of the ways that you can get a clue of how a particular plant source can help you. This is true no matter what herbs are present in the diet pills you choose.
There are other herbs that may be safe for use in dieting but there is inclusive evidence to support them. They include the following: Cayenne for digestion stimulation, seaweed or kelp as a thyroid aid, and nettle for heat production. Ginseng is often used as both an energizer and metabolizer.
